Cleaning With Mother Nature

Learn how to make your own safe, nontoxic, effective alternatives to commercial cleaning products by combining herbs and essential oils with other natural ingredients (baking soda, vinegar, lemon juice). You will make an appliance degreaser, a pine disinfectant spray and go home with recipes to try in your own home!

$5 charge to cover supplies

The Friends' Annual used-booksale
will be held during Upton's Heritage Weekend
Saturday & Sunday, September 22-23, 2007
9:00am-1:00pm
both days, on the lawn of the Upton Town Library.

Gently-used books and movies will be for sale, and there's always something for everyone! There will also be a bake sale and face painting table at this year's event.

~Donations of gently-used books and movies are now being accepted at the library~

Meet the Friends: Coffee Hour

at the Library, on Tuesday, June 12, beginning at 10:00 am.

Enjoy coffee and other goodies,
while meeting some new friends and learning more about the Library, all it has to offer, and plans for its future. Please share YOUR ideas for its future, as well, and find out how you can help make it happen!
Children are welcome, and Tuesday is also the first day to register for the
Summer Reading Programs, so be sure to sign them up while you're here!
